The City of Pascagoula has an agreement with Utility Partners to provide professional services for several divisions of the Public Works Department. Our staff serves the nearly 25,000 citizens of Pascagoula and helps to consistently improve the City's utility infrastructure and surface areas in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

We manage the operation of the Utilities Division which includes three reverse osmosis water treatment plants, the natural gas system, water distribution system, and sewer collection system. We also perform small utility pipe construction projects through this department.

Our Surfaces Division includes the streets and drainage functions where we maintain 120 miles of drainage ditches, perform street sweeping and cut rights-of-way. We also provide property maintenance and beautification landscape services throughout the City. Our Property Maintenance staff provides recurring and corrective duties for the municipal assets throughout the City.
