The City of Moss Point entered into an agreement with Utility Partners in 2008 to oversee the startup of its new water treatment facility and continues today. Our operations experts were involved with the design engineers and construction contractors throughout the development process.

We now operate and maintain the state-of-the-art, reverse osmosis water treatment facility under a multi-year agreement. This facility is capable of producing 5.0 million gallons of water each day. Potable water is pumped across the Pascagoula River to supply the residents of the Escatawpa community. As a part of the construction plan, several new wells were brought on-line to supply the treatment facility.
